Full Carbon Westfield FW evo2 bodywork - Vollcarbon Karosserie im FW Westfield look.

This is our own development of a full carbon bodywork for the Westfield wide body chassis. It incorporates some important improvements to the FW standard, besides loosing more than 70% of its weight it was configured to grab more cooling air by raising the nose section with a much wider opening - which is essential for all turbo engined Westies, especially those with upgraded engines. The side panels got shark gill styled aeration to ease ventilation of the engine bay. The one piece front section is for slide on/off instead of swivel. This way the engine bay has even better access for maintenance and repair work. It has a solid square box on his bottom to hold a wind splitter, which can be altered in height according to the circumstances. The lights are attached directly to the carbon platforms that form part of the nose section. The rear has no recess for a square license plate - since most countries in europe don't have this format of a license plate - thus giving more room for the fuel tank installation. The rear arches are wider by 2,5cms each side to give more room for 8' or even 9' wheels.
